real or not? no box or papers included = suspicious but... its got the proper Omega logo and the bezel looks good... i can't figure this one but the price is very very tempting!

Yeah, I would pass this one, too fishy. Check the Timezone forums or WUS for 45mm PO's - They appear from time to time at good prices.
