OMEGA OMF Speedmaster Crown/stem removal ??

Hi All
I've been contemplating doing this for a while now but need advice from people here that know. I have an OMF speed master racing… nice replica with the usual faults but I’m ok with that. What irks me a bit is the crown stem length… it sits just a tad too far out as per the pic below. Does anyone here know how to remove the stem… considering it has the deco plate over the top of the A7750 movement. I cant see where the release detent is ? If I can get the stem out, I’d like to file it down a bit so the crown fits nicer against the case.

Ah yes….
I did have that “fixed”. Sent the watch to my local watchsmith and had the stem shortened. It now fits perfectly snug against the case and looks much better. It’s a simple fix.
