Which style bracelet? Older ones are a nightmare pin and collar. Newer ones are mildly better with two small screws holding the pin and collar in place.

It’s a V2 so I can only assume it looks like 2screw one on each side and pin in the middle but the screws on one side are not grooved very deep. Hard to even catch with screw driver.

What size screw driver are you using? You might need to heat the screw up to break it free. I think Omega has a job requirement of being a sadist for their bracelet design department. The two screws and pin are only mildly better than the older pin and collar designs. The screws are so tiny it's not fun to put it mildly.

Threads should be normal righty tighty lefty loosey threads. I know my vsf seamaster was one of the most difficult watches I ever sized taking almost two hours and sore hands and fingers trying to work that screwdriver and not damage anything for ONE side of the bracelet. Repeat for the second side. And the pin didn't fall out like on my aqua terra or bp planet ocean. Had to unscrew both sides for double the work and push the pin out. Just terrible.

okay so these are normal screws so lefty loosy, but the screws will have loctite on them so you will need to heat them to remove the loctites hold. depending on the strength of loctite the factories have used depends on how hot you need to get each end.

use a lighter and heat it till its very hot, then with a screwdriver the same size as the screw, go back and forth and then unscrew.

don't force anything as if you bugger the heads of the screw, you will need new bracelet

i just resized my V2, pita for sure....the pins definately show there is debris on them, if any of that crap gets in the threads it can be a bitch...

Update..ordered the proper screw driver. Dipped the link in some kroil for about 10sec. Waited another 15min. Screws came out no problem, no heat needed.

Thanks for all the input.
