GL'd the watch from Puretime about a week ago - was expecting it to take a solid 4-6 weeks to get to me with the current environment but i've been pleasantly surprised at the progress its made! As of yesterday the most recent update was the "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE" status and the status immediately prior to that was "Depart from facility to service provider" on 4/23. Looks like as of today a lot of in-between updates have been back-filled, showing (to my surprise) that the watch has already made it out of HK and has landed in LAX. Awesome!

The thing that confuses me is the fact that the tracking number is a USPS tracking number and the tracking websites all show the shipping being serviced by 4px and USPS. So I'm wondering why it says it was handed over to DHL?

Just idle curiosity - I know I'll get it when I get it, but I can't help but follow along the tracking like a giddy kid listening to NORAD on xmas eve. Anybody have any ideas?

Howdy mate, I have used Puretime multiple times to order to the West Coast. Similar to your situation, my packages have often gone through LAX and then onward to my final destination. Have you tried inputting the tracking number into other trackers (e.g. through the USPS website, DHL site, etc.)?

yeah, the USPS website just says it's waiting for the package, DHL doesn't recognize the tracking number in the slightest

I'm located in Italy, same thing. DHL does not recognize the tracking number, even if the tracking software automatically select dhl.
If I update the page, from DHL passes to GLS (Italy).

If I put the tracking number on 17 Track, it recognize "Poste Italiane" (National Service) without giving some information about the package. You necessarily have to select "4PX" to see some info.

Now it's on "Depart from facility to service provider". I ordered the watch on 18th April.

The tacking number stays the same.

I'm getting a watch delivered right now, from China to UK tracking you gotta use the 4px website. Then the royal mail website.

Until it arrived in the uk on Saturday, royal mail said "item dispatched by sender", but 4px updated regularly.

Now that it's in the uk, the royal mail tracking works with the same number.

So once it's in the states, you can use the USPS tracking , before that it won't change status on there.
