Gold will fase if worn... after daily a few months! But once and awhile = no issue!

Depends on how often you wear it.
The gold is plated on, so if you scratch it, you'll see silver.

I am strongly considering buying a VC Patrimony 14 days Tourbillon but I have some concerns if the Tourbillon members would be so kind to answer. Indeed I heard that it is very hard to get a Tourbillon serviced or repaired. What should I do to keep my potential watch in good shape and are there any good trusted watch repair shops that work on rep tourbillons? Also is it worth it to buy the watch now or are there any other potential reps in the works? Thank you so much in advance.

Didn't know if I could get in the club with a Kemmner, but saw one a couple pages in. Great watch, but the fake croc strap had to go.
