Bronx, the AP is a real tourby.
There're some flaws but good enough..
I.e the bezel screws are not refined (holes are not perfect hexagonal) , the central exposed gear is supposed to be gold.. And the lack of a power reserve indicator behind. Some also complain about the dial print but I'm ok with it. But I have seen an Instagram account with real RMs wearing this rep as a daily beater. Didn't call him out though haha

It's definately drool worthy, isn't it? I think the design itself isn't fantacy but the color is.
To my knowledge gen only came with RG white dial and RG grey dial. Not in SS w white dial.

Also the gen is a manual wind while the the rep is an automatic...

Thanks wooky! Is very nice, however fantasy model as discussed above. A couple things to also consider when pullung the trigger on this one, is the very noisy rotor (i solved sending it to the watchsmith at some extra $$) and the cheap strap/clasp (another extra $$ spent). One more thing, the ticking is quite loud... Which I dont care that much... [emoji6]

Not as loud as the alarm clock... But is the loudest by far of all my reps (pams, omegas)

From what I've been told the IWC are now out off stock due to the movement not available I waited 6 weeks to get the notification I hate when I order and they do not tell you until after the funds are received
I'm thinking on getting the Breguet tourbillon any thoughts recommendations it's my first I'm trying to branch out in my collection

Weight is good, some nice heft to the watch weighs in at 120 grams on my kitchen scale. The auto winding rotor is a bit loud if you shake it but ive never had a rep automatic before, i can only compare to a gen breitling and seiko.

AR is poor tbh. Not as good as my noob pam 177. Any ideas on how to fix it? What would be the cost?


What is PR?
Edit: Ohh Power Reserve?? I haven't fully tested it, but I have found each day marker on the Power Reserve Indicator to be worth 8 hours. I could extrapolate that to 56 hour PR but I think that would be a bit ambitious. I can see 50 being about right on this guy. Although it gets enough wrist time to not need that reserve
