Yeah, just one advice - go to New Members section, and introduce yourself properly.

looks like an actual seagul movement. which is why its really expensive.. you need to check to see if it is even in stock.. I've never seen anyone with that model before.

ok, thanks for the quick reply! Im checking with them now to check if its in stock.

So it looks like its of good quality then.

And from what i read here ( http://forums.watchuseek.com/f20/accuracy-seagull-movement-231253.html ) it seems that seagull is of equal or in some cases even better quality that their european counterparts.

Unfortunately i probably wont get any repairs done to it if it breaks. I guess thats a risk one takes.

yeah, seagul's double tourby is somewhere along the 10k-15k$ line

yeah seagul is the 'best' asian tourby manufacturer. there are plenty of people who will service them.. you just gotta find them.

but yeah ask around and see if they can source it. if they can, keep us updated

buying a uboat gen will basically ensure that you lose money if you try to resell it.

buying one of these tourby reps.. you shouldnt lose more than 100$ if you decide to flip it.

If it's a GMT , that left dial should be a second time zone. In one of the crown positions can you make that hand turn? Does it rotate once around every 12/24 hr? If you answered yes to these questions then it's a second time zone hour hand

I figured it out! It is a dual time dial, it is just confusing, because the whole loop is 24h, not 12! so when it moves 1/4 actually 6 hours pass...so thats why I was confused :)

To set it, you have to set the dualtime by turning the big hands clockwise. When you are done with the setting, you have to set the time on the big hands anti-clockwise - then the dual time hand doesnt move. Kind of tricky to figure this out :)

But thanks for the heads up!
