Here we go Gentleman, welcome to "youth researches" on the topic:
What's inside in the C+ 126660 Deepsea?
First of, it's a great watch and the Quality of the parts great, also compared to the gen. The "Build Quality" could be improved imo, meant to the caseback gasket and Bezel.
For all of you finding the Bezel action is loose or wobbly and on some points grindy...i think this is caused by the retaining ring not seated correctly and the hyrtel ring quality (maybe a tad too thinn, it turns really easy).
Ok lets start:
You may notice the Caseback is not fully screwed down on your watch. This is caused by a white teflon ring/gasket which sits underneath the screw down caseback part. You'll see it in the pics coming.
This is not "bad" just a too thick gasket. to solve it you would need too shave it down or remove it. By removing it, maybe water resistance could be affected.
Dial and hands are superb. They hit the blue too black shade very good. There are better ones, maybe (V9/BP) But this is definitly no let down if you want the D-Blue. The Dial is stunning.
Hands Quality is also great. 3D effect and no sharp edges.
Here you can also see the white teflon gasket i mentioned above.
Here some pics of the Case, Bezel and insert. Insert is pressure fit and can easily removed with some care and a razer knife. The insert quality is great.
They are using a gen spec ball bearing system, be careful not to loose those tiny balls ^^
Some more pics of the Hyrtel Ring, Bezel and the crystal retaining ring which is pressed around the crystal gaskete. Here your Bezel sits on, the hyrtel ring is sitting under the edge.
Here you can see the HEV Ventil which sits behind the pressed in "OGEV" Ring. And you can see again the caseback teflon gasket.
And a summery of all "case parts"
I would not recommend to remove/pop of the Bezel, because your retaining ring will come off, too. and due too the poor Crystal gasket its a pita to get it back. It's also propably not possible to snap the Bezel back on. I think like on the ARF you need to put the retaining ring in the Bezel and press the complete unit back on. But due too a raises lip on the Bezel you cant press it fully down...i think i'll need to 3d print a special diye to catch the retaining ring in the small gap better.
I hope you enjoyed the pics and it will give you some insights to a Deepsea construction
