Am update. She told me she was swamped with orders and missed out replying. Made payment in March, got my order 30th April, due to QC issues. 1st time dealing with Lucy and it won't be last. She is very very meticulous in her work. Even the smallest detail that we tend to over look, she picks it up, shows you the picture and does an exchange, mine was the 35min mark, the line was broken, at a glance you wouldn't even notice it, she picked it up, the piece I got from her went back and forth 3 times with her supplier before finally making its way to me. SA friend got his from another TD and he wasn't happy the piece, its not TD's fault, he didn't check the QC pics properly.
My son and me got a total of 2 pieces from Lucy, son was totally freaked out at the detail, my wife was a skeptic, when she was mine, she said, ok, you win.
