Well, I did open the dispute and miraculously (within a couple of hours) they found the money to pay me back tonight. Case closed, refund issued, problem solved. I cannot believe it had to come to this, but I'm glad it's over.

Why did PT let this twat pay with Paypal ? I thought they had new rules on who they gave that option to.

That's a good point, Sora was very clear with me on my first purchase, that only established customers, with a purchase history would be allowed PP.
PT should have done the same!
