I was especially surprised to learn OP'S woes started nearly a year before he found this site!!!
Made for a good chuckle. I'm waiting to read his latest screed. Word is, he may be trying to raise funds to fly to HK, show up to PTs office in person.

Sergey is spending 10 days away to cool off, any more BS upon return and he'll be gone for good.

To be honest, i understand how OP feels..

when i first started off, i also read good comments by fellow RWI on how good a particular TD can be, smooth transaction, paid and receive watch!
many good reviews are based on Buying and Receiving on time..
But to judge how good a TD is, it really boils down to "After-sale" service such as when issue arises, how they handle it. Is it handle promptly or at least, properly (this gonna be subjective so, up to individual to define it when you face the same issue for "after-sale")
when it comes to sale, TD response will be fast.
when it comes to after-sale... good luck!
I'm stating this base on experience of buying 20-30 over watches within a year with numerous watches that die off after a month or 2, watches that Dead on arrival or having issue such as paint loss which QC photos can't be detected.
your may be thinking on why i continue to stay with the TD, but well at least he responded to my "after-sale" issues even if it takes more than the usual time comparing to buying a watch.
(btw, if you only buy 1 or 2 watches, the chances of facing such issue is low... pls accept the fact of the ratio)

some may be blasting OP about the "never-say-die" thread but if you ever gotten into issue like what he is facing (assuming what he said was true), guess you will probably be at 50% of his attitude too.
(i have a super unhappy issue with my TD which he claims isn't he fault.. i was thinking whether should i snapshot and show every1 the conversation but well, i decided to move on, no profit for me too.. OP.. learn to move on and try other TD says.. intime? sead?)

Been seeing some issues surfacing for PureTime and for this particular case, it will be nice for PureTime to clarify their position which they remain silence.
As for OP, you might want to screenshot your conversation between PureTime and you to proof that whatever you said is true. (it isn't nice to be a one sided story especially if you wanna keep this thread on-going, then prove us!)

Well who knows the truth of the matter ? Only the 2 parties and yeah its old hat for most members but it does put doubt in the mind of new members and possible new clients of PT
