How is this member not brigged/banned yet for attacking one of our TDs. I understand that positive and negative reviews are equally encouraged, however OP is just clearly attacking Angus and PureTime. Calling one of our TDs a "dirty bastard" as a signature is definitely unacceptable.

I agree only in one thing: i could be more patient, and wait to return home. But even this fact doesn't make my fault in this problem.
Of course i made a complaint to USPS, and ordered my watch to the person who lives there, not on my name.
The problem is in absolutely nonchalant attitude of PT employees. I asked them, told about the problem, sent mails regularly.
I WILL call Angus dirty bastard. And i will tell more: I will break his face if I ever meet him. Not for my stolen $, for theft itself, and for this silence.
I have my own business, same online-store, and i make my business for clients. I cover all risks! And if a client send me money - I assume the obligations.
Looks like 400$ (cost price less 'course) is very heavy obligations for Angus.
What is interesting?
When they stopped answering my mails, i tried to find any information about them, and found this forum.

I would like to hear what Angus has to say on this because if it did happen like this id like to hear why it was not reshipped. Op is not going about it right but I too would be very mad if they were the ones who wrote the address wrong And said too bad. Fonts-type and spacing are not wrong, gen has different dials too and one is exactly the same. It´s a fantastic, beautiful and well-made rep, best sub-c ever made. Read about all others, this one or the TC just get it and wear it enjoying

haha its not neon lights its called lume, wear the watch out in the sun then go into a dark place or put a flashlight (like your phone camer flash) and go to a dark place
i have had trouble with pure time this week. bought watch with credit card,next day email from pure time saying payment had been declined and they wanted a scan pic of my passport and driving license to prove who i was.thought that was strange so contacted credit card company who said payment had went through with no problems still waiting for a refund on card
