Are there any noticable differences on case etc on these two? Just got a 2836 version in, and dont know If i should sell and get the 2824 instead? Is it worth it?

Thanks

I don't think so. 2836 has instant date-change at least, so that's a good reason to keep it.

Thanks for your answer ! I'll definately keep that in mind. Just seen a lot of people going crazy over the 2824. Just wanted to hear If people knew of any differences between them :) heard something about Crown hight. But i dont think i want to sell it, it looks amazing to me [emoji1360][emoji41]

well the crown on the 2836 is a little bit lower than it is supposed to be
the 2824 case has the right demensions so the crown position is how it is supposed to be
to be honest in real life 0.5 mm is not really noticeable
enjoy your watch
at least you date filps instantly at midnight
with 2824 it starts shifting after 11pm and doesn't totally flip untill 5-15 minutes after midnight which is really annoying

2824-2 has a gen-like crown/stem/tube height @1.8mm
2836-2 has a crown/stem/tube height of 2.25mm which is not gen-like (i.e. this affects the way the crownguard looks)

i would get the 2824-2 any day over the 2836-2
also, i think the latest updated Noob YM uses 2824-2 and SA3135

disadvantage of 2824-2 is that the date flip can last 15-5 minutes before midnight, whereas the 2836-2 date flip is instantaneous

if you want correct crown/stem/tube height + instant date flip like gen, then buy a 2824-2 version and find a modder for installing an ETA 2892 movement into it (unnecessary IMO but i am laying out the possibilities here)

I would say keep the 2836 if you dont really plan on modding the movement. I have the 2824 and the slow date change can get to you if you let it bother. And it bothers me lol

  1. I just had two options proposed to me either a Milgauss with a ETA 2836 or one with a ETA 2824 I tried to get a clone 3131 but It seems to be unavailable. I ended up getting the ETA 2824 did I make a good decision? There is no date on the Milgauss so date transfer wont be an issue. Please advise. I would prefer a 3131 clone if anybody knows where I can get one for the Milgauss so I can exchange original parts.
