The V8 in this thread was supposedly released this week , and is an update of the NOOB V7 114060 that has been out for a while . Without starting an internet death match , i would ignore the earlier post claiming the V8 is just a better QC'd V7 . As the poster claims to have purchased his V8 ND sub over 6 months ago ?? Despite the confusion over the release of the NOOB V8 and V9 116610 . I thought it was now established that they are the same watch ( updated bezel etc from the V7 ) but the V8 comes in 316 ss and the V9 in 904 SS ? That is why i'm interested in the ND , the old V7 with V8 updates would find it's way into my watch box.

V7 was made from 316 .v8 v8s and v9 were 904 so I'm assuming that's why tds have chosen to call it v8.looking at the wrist pic the lugs are nice like the v9 curved and tapered at the tips.cg are to big and fat just like all 2836 cases.but I bet they will realise the 114060 3130 version with the perfect case and call it v9Yes i got my "v8" months ago - at least it was called v8. I think it might be just a good v7, perhaps smoke can chime in and take a look if this is a v7, v8, v12, v69..

No the noob v8 116610ln is 904 it's easy to see the metal diffence .plus the v8 comes with 904 stickers all over it like the v8s and v9.I've had many v8 subs and v9 subs

I can't be sure about the v8 No date as nobody has one yet I don't think.as I was talking about the v8 date version.like I said in an earlier post the v8 nd maybe 316 amd they will release a sa3130 version with nice cg made from 904 and call it v9

I was referring to the No Date 114060 Noob v8 being made from 316L. Yes, you are correct the 116610 Noob v8 is 904.
