Live, if the Sub C truly is your passion you should just chase down a gen insert/bezel and new dial. Hands will likely need a relume. After these updates your set. That's what I would do if the parts weren't so hard to find.
TC's sub is great out of the box but remember, we all end up dishing the money for gen inserts, crystals and crowns anyway. Why not spend some money on the Sub C. It's almost half the price of TC's stock watch anyway.
