I agree, SD4000 looks better than 116610. I have both. V3 had nicer rehaut engraving but everything else the V5 is better. And not sure why most of Noob 116610 date is offset to the left. And Noob's cyclop is bad. SD4000 and DSSD date are perfectly centered, at least the ones I have.
Can you provide V3 and V5 and gen comparison link? And I disagree with the word "perfect" as none of these are perfect.

Perfect is subjective. V3 case is the best but yes it can be improved like anything really.for instance should fit gen 3135 or yukki no mods.better polished rehaut. Cg can be improved. But it's still easily the best then the lf v3 case is amazing also better than v5

My bad nothing is perfect I meant to say it's the best we have so far.if the lf case had better rehaut it would be the best case for aesthetics

i have to disagree with you. Noob V3 lugs are in a completely wrong angle. It's so wrong I can spot V3 cases on thumbnails in google 100% of the time. I wonder why you say V3 lugs were so good??

Maybe your v3 case the lugs are at the wrong angle.not my new case I've already checked every aspect of the case with my pals gen.remember not all v5 cases are the same some have big cg some have small cg.some have weird shape cg some look better some look worse.same goes for lugs.the v3 is also like this.my new case is better than my other v3 cases.cg are bigger at a better angle.as are the lugs.my old case lugs were not as good.there are massive variances between cases it's crazy

Sd4k replication by noob isn't super rep level as of yet. In fact, I'd rate it as poor as the v5 (personal opinion)
Let's take a look at the SD Flaws vs gen
-wrong dial finish on noob . The gen has a unique satin finish, which is grey at certain lighting angles. Very easy to spot once you handled the gen
-wrong crystal beveled slope. Once again, a trained eye can easily spot this. The gen's crystal is somewhat curvier, and not as angled as noob's. Gen crystal bevel blings better too (under non AD fancy lightning this I've seen many times), presumably because of a super thin colourless AR coating on the gen, which is totally absent in noob
-HEV in noob really is pathetic.
-black markers behind watch case on noob's can disappear. Caseback teeth is very different compared to gen
Not to mention the flaws which the v5 also has
-rippled bezel teeth
-wrong platinum finish on bezel
-logo on bracelet is a joke
But all in all, just buy wtf you fancy. If replication tr00ness to gen makes you feel kvlt, go franken and save yourself from sleepless nights

The only good-looking engravings where on the V3, but that was available only a short time and in reduced numbers. If You will take the best parts of each maker/version and a gen crown and get a perfect platinum paint mod done - at a serious cost - You will have something better, that´s right.
Overall and out-of-the-box all versions before the V5 just didn´t have the silver paint on the ceramic insert and, even if it´s wrong and still not deep enough, it´s a huge and well visible improvement over white paint.
As a stand-alone watch on the wrist, both V5 or SD do look good to me, next to a gen in a side-by-side both don´t have the overall dial sharpness, blackness, markers rings bling, insert and hands shine and the sum of these (or lack of) is more important than the 0,2 mm height of the crystal or the dissection of the bracelet amongst others.
Either You like the typical cyclops or You don´t and either You like a thicker watch on the wrist like the SD or You prefer the thinner Sub, just go with the look You like more and not by individual opinions "which is more gen-like?"
Depending on the size of Your lupe, they are either quite similar to the gen or totally different, and imho both are overall the best available model otb without modding.
