Noob Rolex SubC - No Date (Released!!)

I don't think it's fair to any TD to receive back a watch just because of a slightly crooked pearl, IMO.

Yeah i know, but look at the pic i received earlier. The pearl is fine and it is totally different from what i received?

the lume loom glass on the latest noob and j12 is domed instead of recessed into the housing.like the old v3

This is how bad the luminous dot is. The white cap/dot (or whatever you call it is not seated properly). I know the older original model of the pearl contain 2 parts, the upper and lower part combined to form the pearl assembly, but this...i'm not sure

Please zoom in to see how bad it is...i didnt pay 350++ to get this kind of bad quality...damn...

all of the new breed are like that noob has changed the shape of the lume glassd and added too much lume

if you get another one the lume dome will probably be uneven aswell.because as ive said noob has changed the pearl to the same as the j12 pearl unfortunately

Oh that's bad!!

I hope it's just a mistake and the futur noob's (specially the new "super rep" ceramic SD) won't have pearls like this..
Noob better start production of the old pearl or work on a new one because i really don't like the j12 pearl.

That's why I'm on the fence with this and a GMT ii, or an explorer at 50$ less the lack of pearl, I mean I love the 114060 it's clean and symmetrical, for the same price I could get a v3 116610 and have a good pearl plus the date. Maybe I'll get another ap royal oak and wait it out. I dunno, I love the no date sub. But the GMT ii also has a GMT hand, no pearl, and the date. Ahhhh I dunno.

I'm lost. Are these crooked pearls now standard on both the 116610 as well as the 114060? Why do the pics on the TDs website still show the nice new pearls?

Just got my qc pics, had to reject it. The paint on the bezel insert is not evenly applied, its got the crappy pearl, and even the lug shape in between the sels are not parallel. It starts out parallel then slopes outward.

They aren't all that bad. The one I just received from Ryan is not as good as it was on my V2, but it is at least even.
