You going to try to use gen hands on the 2824 CHS movement bro? I'm interested in how that works out. The hands hole sizes are different. I know you are a mod wizard so I won't be surprised, but this is a challenge for sure! I believe these gen numbers are right I saved them a while ago and can't find the source now. It is extraordinarily hard to find them, when you get the hands if you can verify I'd sure like to know. I know the 2824 CHS sizes are correct.

It can be done bud with some modding to the pinions and hands.
I’ll most likely use on of the new gmt movements though. Waiting on a ARF and vrf to see what I will use.
Doubt I’ll be able to use this noob case with the tube height. Unless I get crazy weld and drill a new tube. It’s a shame this noob case is very good.

That makes good sense. Agree about the Noob case. Member mnkoshka was talking about the weld and drill approach on a 5 digit GMT. Lathe and weld skills for rep watches, who knew?

The gen transition point is ~10% into the 8 such that no red shows in the oval holes of the 8.
Noobs vary up to 1.5mm or so up and down the 8. I've never seen one exactly match the gen, most of them are noticeably higher. Yours looks fine many are off more than that.

1 from number 12 it's ok?
It doesn't seem to have the little curve on the small arm like the other 1-s do.
See if this seems to be the case on the other QC pics that you received.

Both insert digits 12 look abnormal, may just need cleaning. Compare to vvvlllooo's pic above.

Only ever had one dealer say that to me and it was the last time I bought from him.
Strictly speaking, that IS what QC pics are for but at the markup there is on these reps a good dealer will tolerate some give and take with a buyer's concerns and even replace or refund when the issue is significant to him.

My dealer told me from the beginning these blro’s are way over priced but this is the game/hobby we are in.
As soon as I unwrapped this piece the bracelet fell apart. Dealers fault no... purely on noob.
