ETA have stopped selling movements outside of the main manufacturers. This happened some years ago now.
Due to this, I would bet that either the Chinese factories are lying about those movements being genuine ETA, or like others have said, they’re de one hand movements that have been “refurbished”.
id rather go for an Asian. Can’t see them being any worse than the ETA ones nowadays. Especially after a service.
