This might be way out there, but has anyone floated the idea that Rolex might actually might be paying off Noob to keep their reps at a certain quality?
If reps continue at the pace that they are its only a matter of time until they catch up with gens in most respects.

Thanks KJ2020, I've ordered the watch with Ryan, so will ask for a few QC pics of the movement.

Can you post a link to the one you bought? I really hope Noob isn't trying to pull a fast one on the two 116710's. There was some friction with TDs when GMF did this. TDs can only show what the factory gives them. In a worst case scenario, Noob could just be effectively discounting their V10 116710 LN and BLNR and enticing buyers with claims of the VR3185 movement. This is essentially what GMF did. A very few people actually got VR3185s then they switched to the timebomb without any warning.

GMF released true clone 3285

Sure...here you go:

https://www.intime05.co/rollie/7435...est-edition-a3186-v11-correct-hand-stack.html

The description for the 116710 LN (it states BLNR, maybe just a cut and paste issue) states the movement is A3186, but I've noticed the Puretime site describes the same watch with the movement as SA3186.

It's definitely showing the movement as a VR3185. It's a nice looking watch with a great movement at a good price if it comes as advertised. Seems too good to be true coming from money grabbing Noob.

Let's hope it does then! :)

I'll happily post a few pictures of the watch movement once QC is received and approved if that helps...

Ryan doesn't normally provide movement pics. If he won't, you can ask him to verify which direction the hands set when the crown is rotated.

2824 timebomb - forward crown = backward hands
VR3185 - forward crown = forward hands

No they won't necessarily, outside of this community nobody knows about the timebomb movement. And they probably have a lot of inventory of these watches with the old movement that they don't want to throw away

^This exactly. People like us are so miniscule portion of their customer base that they could care less. The far larger population knows or cares notjing about that movement. They just want a good looking Pepsi which the Noob is.

From previous posts I've read that the forums, which I think includes RWG and repgeek account from approx 20% of their sales. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Maybe purchases through TD's are by forum community members. But on the whole, this % seems like a really high estimate. Surely they sell many, many more in local markets around the world.

I think the estimate is that we represent 20% of TD's sales. But TDs are only a fraction of factory's sales. There's other dealers, some on Instagram or facebook, there's markets in China etc. etc. So in the end we represent a small fraction of factory's sales

Seems like it is the same watch in every single shots from face to rear. It would be so deceiving from intime to show a different watch rear shot.
So It seems Noob is really effing us up with not releasing the BLRO in that new batch.

If there is any deception it wouldn't be from the TDs. The promotion pics probably came from the factory, and TDs just add their watermarks. TDs were stuck in the middle when GMF delivered timebombs to them to fill orders placed for V3's with VR3185's.

How accurate are these comparable to the accuracy of DJ2 from Noob and ARF?

visually they are pretty well done. the debate is the movement that is advertised vs what actually is. solid looking watch...we just want the proper movement in them.

With respect to Andrew, this response in incorrect. In all likelihood your response came from one of his sales minions anyway. TDs are not watchmakers and know little more than what the factory tells them. This response is more proof of that. There are many more instances of incorrect movement information coming from TDs. Trust me when I tell you the infamous CHS timebomb is a GMT modded A2824, and that is what TDs pics show on the V11 BLRO's.
