Noob factory DJII and DDII

I want both, any reason why I should stay away from DDII? On datejust ii, which band is more popular, oyster or jubilee?

any good user photos of these?

I like more the DJ2. more simple and smart
I have one blue dial, fluted bezel, awesome!!
Concerning straps I have Oyster, very simple and smart, BTW pretty combination brushed-polish.
I have a gen DJ with Jubilee, and now I don't like it
The Rolex President bracelet are amazing!!

If you get, President, no fluted bezel and blue dial, it is not accurate, but the result will be awesome!!

The only reason to stay away becos DJ II is not as prestige as the new sport series of Rolex(Ceramic sub/ DSSD/GMT ceramic).

Other than that, DJII rep is awesome, cost its very accurate to gen IMO.

i have seen 2 versions of the DJII so far.
Please focus on the positioning of the "SWISS MADE" below the dial.
You will realised that one of the version is actually not that close to the gen.

Actually the SS DDII with the smooth bezel and Glacier Blue face is an accurate rep of the Platinum Presidential..........

No, cover the date window and it would look like a DDII without the date.
The DJII doesn't show the day of the week, it only shows the date.
I'd be curious to know if anyone carries a 41mm DJII with a smooth, non-fluted
bezel.

If you PM'd a trusted dealer, they could probably source you one. I asked for a DDII like in the pics, and got one with a fluted bezel, loved it.

On gens, the fluted bezel is indicative of a white gold DDII, where as the smooth bezel is available only on a platinum DDII.
