I noticed that too, but at that angle I know it will be better in person, I say this because my white dial appeared that way in my QC pics as well and when I got it and held it directly on, it was fine. If you look closely it is being help up at a slight angle and with the magnification it skews everything. If it is way different when I receive it I will deal with it then, but I honestly think it will be like my white dial and be just fine.Great watch!! but the date it too far left, I hate having reps like this! i always have to change the date wheel or center it myself when possible.
Other than that looks great!

As promised here are my QC pics, I accepted this one from Trevor. It looks very good to me. Monday I was at a Rolex AD, he only had the black dial in stock. I did look at many things, and yes peter the color matching of the hands to hour markers. In the black I could see a very small difference in the shade of white. I asked the dealer if this was normal or just me. He said in his 13 years as asst manager of his store no one had ever asked him that question. He said it must be normal because every one he had ever seen was pretty much like the one I was looking at. I was looking at more important matters, like the font on the bezel, the crown, the clasp, the sheen on the black dial and how much thickness was in the clasp material.

I pray the clasp is as good as my V1, it is one of the best I have seen.
