If you are selling parts Id be very interested in buying the bezel of this watch

You’re not the first the person express this interest to me. I’m not sure what I’ll do yet. I’m awaiting a noob and when that arrives I’ll consider transplanting from the ARF, but I may be happy with the noob as it is. The problem is that the arf bezel isn’t great.. in some areas the grey filler wasn’t set very securely so the writing is a bit patchy. I’d feel kinda bad selling it to someone.

As soon as I got it white/grey dust was coming off. It didn’t get any worse after an initial fade.

That's bad.. after the nitial fade, is the color still consistent, or are they not patchy or different amongst the markers? Sorry I couldnt see very clearly all the markers in the photo.

It’s just the bit at the top 65/60/units per hour that’s patchy, maybe 240 as well. The rest is OK I think but the over all effect isn’t great.

Oh boy.. For those markers you mentioned, I thought maybe it was the lighting, the angle, or the resolution of the photo. But if the patchiness I see is actually what's really on the real bezel insert, then that's bad..

I'm starting to hear more and more problems with ARF rep parts. Does a Noob bezel fade or flake so badly?

Guys and Ladies. Whatever you decide to do make sure you research a watchmaker who is willing to service this for you.

Mine is currently being worked on and is straight from TD never on the wrist. Movement is dry as a bone and even has rusty parts!!

You spend good hard earned cash on these. Please pay a bit extra towards service to give you more longevity and reliability.

What did the timegraph show during QC? I thought a good applitude target was between 270-300 and rate of approx -10 seconds per day. I understand that this may change through the shipping process but would not have expected this level of variance.

Most of QC timegrapher are done after shaking the watch, like this amplitude hairspring seems to be good, and only done on few seconds periods,

Thanks, so I can conclude that the QC timegraph is only useful to show the watch is running but not a good indication of the movement build?

Basically yes. Timegrapher results after 24hrs are more important imo. For the Daytona it should be 200 minimum in 3 positions.

Today i went to my local watchsmith and asked him will he touch movement if i buy noob 4130.. he told me he will but he will full service it for about 400 euros,is that too much? Showed him watchfinder video and he said that he didnt saw that movement in hand and he cant tell me nothing before seeing it... so i asked him too should i take daytona with 7750 or that 4130 clone and he told me that that is my choice and that 7750 is easier for him to service it and repair if something goes wrong... full service for 7750 will be 150 euros

Agree, timegrapher must be done after 24 hours without moving the watch, normally should work between 270 to 310

Does anyone know the crystal gasket thickness for a Gen Daytona? I know the crystal is 1.8mm thick, just wondering if what the gasket thickness is
