Seems like there was a morph from V1 to V2. The white dial off center was fixed around September - Oct. At that point the bezels on most were still dim. Then the 904L showed up around Nov/Dec time frame and the bezels started being better but not consistently. So I would probably call the demarcation of V2 when 904L was introduced.
Always great to hear from someone with hands on experience who is not just looking at pictures.
Most of the TDs around this site listed the Noob 4130 316L as only V1.
When the 4130 904L came out last fall, the price went up and it was listed as a new model. So it started over as 904L V1 in TD listings.
So now in January, a new version of the 116500 Black Dial has come out.
Members on this site are calling it "V2", and at least one TD has listed it as "V2 Updated Dial".
The design of the dials did not appear to change when the cases changed from 316L V1 to 904L V1.
These pictures are from the same TD's site showing the sub-dial changes to the Black 116500 Dial from 316L V1 to 904L V2.
.
The same TD is also listing the 116500 White Dial Noob as a "V2 Updated Dial".
These pictures from that same TD show very little or maybe even no difference has been made to the Noob White Dial 116500.
Maybe this is why some TDs are saying there is no 904L V2 White 116500 Noob?
.
I have also seen no hint or pictures of any dial changes to the Noob 116520 Black or White versions.
The current White 116520 looks really good but uses an incorrect 116500 font for the Rolex logo and the wording below it.
The current Black 116520 was using the incorrect 116500 dial.
