Posting this here in case anyone wants to compare dials or bezel for a potential swap. The ARF dial has individual sunbursts on the subdials, if you are that picky I know some of us are lol.

Ok! Using my primitive means and limited skills and talent I manage to do it, it’s not hard at all

So you have to push the lever as marked up or down until you find a good balance on the timegraph

See before and after, much easier than the gen microstella adjustment lolol

I'll add my 2 cents here...

Turning the regulator clockwise shortens the effective length of the balance spring, so it runs faster. Anti clockwise does the opposite.

A little goes a long way, so try to move the regulator lever just ever so lightly and observe the change. And don't touch the other lever as that changes the beat and it will take a lot more fiddling to get that right if you screw that up.
