Looks great on the White rubber. I have a white Rubber B (Gen) Might put it on mine
I think it is right. I what way do you think it is super wrong? Are you sure you are not comparing it to a gold case which is totally different?
Can't comment on the rep dial colors being faithful to the gen, although there's a glaring issue about the dial that is easily spotted. IMO, with an issue that obvious, there's no point in stressing about the dial color. If you like it, you like it.

This is Noob’s clone movement Daytona! It a true 4130 clone except for few details.

May I ask what is that issue you are referring to? Not trying to argue, it's pure and genuine curiosity.
I obviously don't have a gen and rep in hand to compare so I'm looking at various QC and gen pics on the internet. I can't comment about the texture of the dial materials. I only looked at the dial so far.
I was referring to the blue dial flaw in the last post and that one is really obvious. The subdials on the gen have their own sunburst while on the rep, the subdial sunburst is lacking.
Guru mentioned that once a gen dial is swapped in, the 120 bezel mark lines up with the 6 o clock tick. This seems to be common on all the noobs.
Something I notice is that the long subdial lines sometimes don't reach all the way to the inner part of the subdial ring. The subdial lines on the gen are printed more precisely.
Text seems more more or less ok. Doesn't look like there's any bleeding from timnic54's pics.
I think the watch is amazing and I am going to pick one up in the near future. As I said earlier, I am waiting on a 904L v9 so I can compare the metals and see if I need to wait or not for a 904L Daytona release. I can't afford to throw around $600 just to buy another $600-800 watch in a couple of months.

Now it seems to me that noob has changed the dial in the new batch. I ordered another white ( will update it with a racing dial ) and the pinting of the QC pics looks different.

Love that contrast dial color, I’m looking to build the same, any tips where to get the dial appreciated.
Most of the time, best place for dials/parts are on TRF. I got my panda dial there for my gen 116520 a couple of years ago.
