noisy clunky and loud winding sound when I move the watch

Has only one else experienced (or have an explanation) with watches when you move your wrist the winding noise is very audible. It sounds like the movement is shifting around in the case, also. Like a clunky noise. I've purchased a few Pam with Asian movements and noticed it right away. What should I be looking to avoid so I don't get another piece like that?

What movement does your Pam have? My TH Carrera 1887 with A7750 movement is also somewhat noisy.
Pretty normal from what I've read.

Maybe yours is an exception. Mine is noisy but not enough to attract attention even in a quiet room. I really have to shake my wrist as if I were shaking a baby bottle to hear it.

I had an Explorer II that I got from a TD a few months back that had the loudest 21J movement when it would wind up. couldn't deal with it.

Just take the rotor off and add a drop of Moebius D5, totally quiet after that's done and the 7750 still auto winds with no problems. Those chinese rotor bearings always seem to come unlubricated.
