I received a link to pay by credit card the next day, so I paid immediately.
Since then, I have emailed them several times, but have not received any response.

The email is correct, wait patiently, usually it takes 3-4 days from payment to confirmation from PT.

CNY is going to add probably 3 additional weeks to lead-time. Puretime is best around, it will be worth the wait I promise!
