Is it true there aren't Panerai being made anymore due to raids? Was looking for some PAM and haven't been able to find a single one from a TD :cry2:

Some are still being produced, some are discontinued long time ago, some are discontinued due to raid.
Some TDs can still sourced discontinued models.

I didn't know that VSF had closed, I just recently bought a VSF PAM382. Seller just sent me the QC pics today.

Are you sure this is a VSF ?

I think the bezel dots, markers 15-30-45, the pearl , the black bars 0-15, the knurling... are not VSF
The CG have not chanfered edges and the lever tip is not correct.

From what I've been seeing lately, there are bad reps of bronze models that I haven't seen before.
Perhaps this is a new move of low-quality factories, caused by the lack of VSF. Maybe there were such models before, but I have not seen.

I ask for a photo caseback, if not difficult.

Thank your assessment. I was a bit suspicious that they were able to get a VSF if the factory had already closed down. Here is the caseback. Would you know factory made this?

As I understand it, this is a photo of one watch.

In the photo we see 7750 and a deco plate from ZF. But the watch as a whole is not the ZF (any of the official versions) of the old days for sure.

I think we may see quite a few new versions of Pams come out of the woodwork now there is a void in the market from the demise of VSF Noob et al. Unfortunately I believe it will be quite some time till we get back to the quality that was offered previously. We were extremely lucky yesterday that is for sure!.

Best to watch the sales section here. Maybe we hope new better versions will eventually come out again but it will take time. Every part of the world is needing employees. But if there is a VSF back stock is rare and most likely a Frankenstein Rep of a Rep lol. We have Reps of Reps, what a world we live in. Here is my 1661 its a great watch and im glad I ordered it when I did.
