Hi All, new here so apologies in advance if I've missed formalities. Prior to Chinese new year I made my first order - with Chazingtime.

I made payment on 10th January with Wise per their instructions. I followed up on 16th as I was hoping to get it shipped before CNY shutdown. The next day they told me 'it seems your funds were returned, can you check?'.

After checking with Wise, they say the funds were definitely sent successfully and there is nothing they can do without a rejection letter from recipient.

I've been following up with Chazingtime now since 18th January (nearly 9 weeks now) and each response (after their request for another transfer receipt) has been some variant of 'we are waiting for our finance department to provide the rejection letter'.

I made successful payment for this some 10 weeks ago now and unsure of what to do as I feel I have been very patient. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update for anyone who finds themselves in the same boat. Shortly after posting on this forum Chazingtime became more helpful :) They sent me the paperwork I needed and when I provided that to Wise they were able to find the funds and refund my card.

I have since spent some time looking at info and reviews on Wise and feel that they are the primary cause of this whole debacle. I will never ever use Wise again for anything and I would advise anyone who is enticed by a discount to use wise - it's not worth it!

Glad Chazingtime was eventually able to get me what was needed for the resolution - so thanks also to their guys.

Happy to hear that it got sorted out. 1 tip for making any of these kind of payments initially is to send a minimal amount ($1) and ensure the dealer received it before sending the balance.

I've used Wise numerous times and it's always been confirmed as received within the hour, if not instantly.
That's not to say that things can't go wrong, but I've always found it easy to use and a very efficient way to send money to TDs.

This is how you resolve issues folks. No accusations, calm language, working it out with TD to figure out a solution to your problem. Realizing that certain things are out of their control. Being proactive with Wise and not just relying on TD to do all the work for you. Not blasting them, calling them names, and accusing them of wild conspiracies.

Glad it worked out.
