It looks pretty decent at first sight. I really love the new version, it's similar to the old style Seamaster.

I wish I haven't already sent a payment for 2 other watches yesterday..

Thoughts?

I am not sure if it is a different version or the lighting, but I like the blue dial there better than the gen one I had and sold.
My gen looked black in all but direct sunlight.

For the price, that is pretty solid.

This watch was released in Basel in March 2018 and has hit ADs here in the EU in the end of last year, our local AD hasn't even received a piece yet. So it's a new version and the blue gen is absolutely gorgeous. But these really look solid, even though I'm not sold yet on ZF build quality.

I am not sure if the diameter is correct. AFAIK the new ceramic versions are only 43mm, InTime lists these at 41mm.

I even like better the 41mm but still

There is a 41mm ceramic one.
I love this watch - it's such an evolution from last version.
The gen costs only 1500$. A great value for money.

Yep there is a ceramic one! Ref is L3.781.4.96.6

Actually I might think about picking one up then. Since it's so cheap, would be a nice beater

Have held a lot of these in my hands and they are super solid (a little heavy also).
The blue one is much much nicer than the previous version.
There's also a grey ceramic bezel one that is very interesting.

I might get one, to add to my Longines collection, and I'm not sure if I'll go for the blue one or for the traditional black...

Nice watch! I think they've got the model number wrong though, the only Hydroconquest with the same look and 41mm size from their website is model L3.781.4.96.6
Only question is if it is worth it to go for the rep when the gen can be had for 890€.

I've never seen the new one for this price, it's 1600€ where I live, 1280€ with maximum discount. Any links?

Just checked again and it actually is 1400€, my bad. Must have clicked "Reveal Price" on the wrong tab in my browser (probably the Quartz version )

This looks like a very good rep, the ceramic bezel really improves the new hydroconquest. Will be interested to see if someone pulls the trigger and posts.
