I received the VR movement and when arrived it was running 220 seconds off per day. I then noted that the jewel of the balance spring was missing and therefre the watch was running nice when laying on the xtal and totally off ewhen layed on the caseback. had to change the movement in the end... i think it was caused from these sometime asshole parcel delivery companies who treat the packages like shit.

I would rather query about the QC reliability of the movt makers

The jewels are replaceable, a very cheap aftermarket part.

Wasn't super impressed at first, but It's starting to grow on me. Would an ARF jubilee be a good mod?

VRF is okish but my ARF superjubilee was out of this world.

Also any chance to get a profs crystal in Europe?

Noob jubilee has been mentioned a few times as being superior to the VRF. I’ll definitely be swapping mine out at some point. I got a prof xtal a while ago (I’m uk based) watch is currently with spongebob for platinum insert mod ,Prof xstal and service.

That's actually very helpful.

Have you considered doing something about the bezel movement? Mine always gets stuck at the 9pm mark when turning and is generally very hard to turn.

is this watch available at the moment from any TD, any recent QC photos or is no longer available because of the recent raids?

That’s probably your answer. The top tier factories & their manufacturers are laying low. Try again next month is my advice.

Heard CF is releasing their Pepsi in a couple of weeks from now.

how do you know that?????
as far as i know Li is very close with the CF, i ask him few days ago about if CF has any plans for the GMT and the 41mm sub.
this was his answer received this morning:

<<<<<<Sorry, not heard any news from CF yet.
Let's wait a bit longer to see.>>>>>>>

there is nothing but rumors by members here since the raids started few months ago

Yes +1, please be responsible with the information you shared.
It is best if you can quote from what sources you got the "info" about the updated situation of the makers you mentioned in your threads. Otherwise it will just create confusions.
Cheers

peter4ptv Maybe you should ask Li again. We've been communicating with the CF pepsi since last month. ;)
