Really curious if the bezel and insert can easily be removed or if it's on lock down like on many other case versions.
It feels great on the wrist. Bracelet could be its weakness from a "feel" perspective. But it's much improved since I did a quick sanding of mist of the sharp edges.
I have worn the gen for a few mins the other month and this version is by far the best of the 3 sub c reps I've owned.
As for weight, it feels just about the same as gen. Very solid.
I don't like the bezel numbers. They are painted. I will attempt to remove the paint and repair with a metallic platinum colour. Unless I can source a very good aftermarket one (which I have yet to find).
The SEL is 1/4 of a hair off on one side. I will equalize the gaps on both side by simply sanding a touch on the top left side of the end link if you know what I mean. The spring bars are very tight and to get them to catch, I needed to nudge one end over with a tiny screwdriver. Anyhow, I'm being anal. It's a great watch. Expensive as some will argue that the value is not there, but I love it.

I also had to shave the inside of the top edge of the clasp hinge (above the coronet) to ensure that it was sitting 100% flush. I've had to do this on every Glidelock clasp I've owned. Most people ignore doing this. You need a very small thin file to do it properly.

Is the 3135 quiet from factory? Or loud when you shake it like the 2836's if you know what I mean?
It's much quieter rotor than ETA by far.
I don't know what people are waiting for. You should be all I over Ryan to order one. I told him to tell the factory to polish the entire CG. This oversight is inexcusable. That's my only real beef. I will shave the CGs anyways and polish myself. But many here will not attempt that.

Maybe your unpolished cgs were just a one off mistake, seems a bit silly that they'd make it so well and then miss out on something basic like that. Thanks for the review I think I will order one!
Actually I got one more question for you mate, how's the bezel feel when turning it, nice and solid or has it got play like the previous versions? And this doesn't have superlume hey?

Bezel is very tight. There is absolutely no play at all. It's actually a bit stiff to turn. I will need to grease it when I take the assembly apart.

I've actually removed the movement completely and installed it into a sterile ST case. Using an TC LV dial.. But yes, movement is still goin strong.
The case is now sitting in my parts bin.

Very nice, thinking off getting the watch and swap the movement to my dssd pro-hunter.. Just not sure if the movement will fit into the case and accept the hands and stem. Come to think of it pretty sure the dssd stem will not fit into movement.
ETA hands will not fit on the V2 3135 movement. You will also need a 3035/3135 stem as well.
