Looking at the DSN upgraded 177H, it appears as though the CG lever is centered, however, it looks like that is because the CG itself is thicker with the extra going to the top. In the pictures, it looks as though the CG is thick enough that it is flush with the top of the case instead of being stepped down. As a result, it looks like the top two corners peak out from the case a bit much and create a shadown in the pictures. I don't know if this is something that could be corrected or not.
The crystal also appears to stick up from the bezel a decent amount. The watch I have has only the slightest perceptible crystal edge sticking up from the bezel.
None of the pictures show the L Swiss Made L so it is hard to tell if that is better or worse than mine.
The dial fonts look similar. It is impossible to tell from the pictures but perhaps they are slightly different.
It is also possible that the gap between the P and A on the movement are slightly tighter on the DSN version which would be closer to gen. But I can't be sure from the angle of the pictures. The text grouping on the movement appears to be spaced out towards the outside edge of the movement similarly to mine which is not accurate to the gen.
So far this is the best I can tell for a comparison of the two watches.
