That’s true like most of rm reps.
KVF could make it slightly thinner using miyota movement but they wanted to keep that deep looking dial. They had to compromise.

The KVF even came out a new version of the RM35-02 RAFA. but didn't see must diff compare to the older version, maybe more thinner I guess. As for the RM35 Americas, It still something newly launch as compare to the rest.. So into pulling the trigger.... Anyone gotten it so far?
Someone was selling those but I don’t remember who it was. They were quite inexpensive. I think it should fit.
im not 100% sure if your watchsmith could do it but it’s pretty easy mod so it’s possible that he/she could.

But i see the pattern and wave lines still cannot match with the gen. i suppose the full pvd or steel is still the best. imo
Lines won’t match - are not the same.
if you have 2 gens with forged carbon cases of the same RM models, pattern won’t match each watch. They all have unique characteristics when it comes to forged carbon.
when I said forget carbon is more accurate on those KVF Rafa, I mean pattern goes now horizontally like on most of gen RM.

What I mean was the overall pattern of the wave lines. of course 2 of the same reps the wave line are different. What I'm refering wsd the over design of the wave forged carbon is still quite a give away as compare to the gen. but KVF are improving they're works in RM.
