I never liked the looks of the pam subs, but this bronzo really sings to me. It's the vintage feel/look that is just all over it. The bronze patina, green dial and rugged look. In bronze it makes me think about those old style diving helmets and i never had that with the steel or titanium version. I also really like they don't put a cyclops magnifier on the watch, cause thats what always turned me down on the old models. I think the pam382 rep is gonna be a big hit if they make it right.

Looking forward to a re-release of the Noob 127 (fingers crossed) and a Noob 372.

I'm undecided on the Bronze PAMS from new, but aged may be a different matter.

I have 7 inch wrists and a 47mm feels fine and wears well. I think the shape of your wrist and forearm / hand size are as, if not more, important than wrist size.

Now I have been far-far away from watches lately, but this thread makes me long for a new PAM again.

I'd be all over for a Noob (at least quality) 305 and 372.

Thanks Mate and don't worry, I will do my research before doing something stupid:D:

I have already contacted Sead for a new H 089, now that looks spot on. Any news of a noob release as well?

BTW, seeing the in-house movements replicated..... :cheese:

What's with the bronze dipped in salt water will make it look mega ? Is it true?

Btw, Ale, I have literally been waiting all the time for a nice smaller PAMs rep to ever show up, such as that uber beatiful 42mm radiomir. I knew movement thickness is one of the issue, but aren't they actually good enough to make any kind of movement they want?

The problem is not the movement it is the market
People ask for big watches usually, mainly PAM people
Anyway, some people are pressing about "little" PAM and it is possible to see some PAM 40-42mm in some months

What about 508? I read somewhere that it will be replicated. It would be great to have one of those. :)

Angus is preparing the release of PAM 389

I will talk to him to try start a project of PAM 508 based in PAM 389 parts

Maybe we can get in the future a PAM 508 with some modifications:

-The dial is not exactly the same, because DOT markers in PAM 508 are stick in PAM 389, but it is very similar and can be used many parts. Of course inscriptions and lume colour are different but this is not a big problem.
-Solid caseback make easy the movement matter
-Regarding bezel, maker should make another different, because 389 bezel is Titanium with a thick ceramic insert. It is nothing valid for 508
-Concerning case and CG, since 389 is made of Titanium, they will be perfect to be DLC coated, and we will get a case-set lighter (due to Ti) and more accurate to ceramic case of 508.
Maker are nowadays trying to release some ceramic and composite cases using Titanium DLC coated to get a more accurate weight

As above said, after PAM 389 release, if the final quality is good, I will try speaking to Angus to start a PAM 508 project with these bases.

You are welcome

It is really curious, with the thread HOT PAMS we have already got:
-PAM 372 from Noob coming soon
-Soon we will get PAM 351
-Following Angus info three makers are making PAM 382 Bronzo (and non "amateur" makers)
-If we got PAM 308 it will be a success !!

Tuttonero next one??

Hi Karesz
No news about maker working on PAM 305
But Angus, as you know is working on PAM 389
- Dial is similar
- Case and CG are the same and made of Titanium
- Bezel is different but it is no difficult to do it
- Decorated movement is ready
I think if Angu's PAM 389 get great quality, we can expect the development of PAM 305 and even a Ti DLC coated (non cereamic) PAM 508
If PAM 389 is finally a First Class or Super rep. I will try speaking to Angus to make PAM 305 and PAM 508

Good news !!

We already know that Noob, KW and Z maker are working in PAM 382 Bronzo
Z maker is the watchmaker who is working with Angus developing PAM 389.

The first expected release is from KW or Z maker, in about two or three months.

You know the release is usually delayed several times...

But maybe is true that we will get a Bronzo !!!

ALE

OF COURSE: I'm talking about a real Bronze watch
