I agree. That canon pin. I guess the rep makers will eventually fix this flaw as the P.1000 clone becomes more popular. I welcome the very thin cases accompanying the P.1000 movement. For guys with small wrists like me, I say two thumbs up. Thinner 42mm Radiomir and Luminor! Heck yeah! The thing I don't like about the 42mm Radiomir like the PAM337 is the question of durability of the screw down crown as I repeatedly unscrew and screw to manually wind the movement. The 676 fixes this problem.

Thanks for the shots, dadog13 and skyblues! Looks gorgeous! The canon pin doesn't seem recessed at all. It just seems that the canon pin is not as highly polished as the gen. I think the sparkly mirror shine off the gen is what's missing.

If someone wants it, I guess it's not a difficult mod to polish it yourself. LOL.

I'm having trouble deciding whether to get the PAM676 or PAM677 for my girlfriend. The PAM676 has the correct (albeit inverted) movement but in terms of looks, the PAM677 definitely looks much better with the sunburst dial and rose gold. Just worried that the plated rose gold won't be durable and last long enough compared to the SS. Also, I wonder if TD will have female sized straps. I'm quite sure the standard straps given will be too loose for her.

We can't say regarding the durability of the gold plating as even with the same watch and the same version, the factory may change the way they are plating the mid case so that can be an issue. That said, I have not seen a post anywhere about the rose gold plating on the PAM677 wearing out. But if that's a concern then the SS might be a better choice. TDs only stock what the factory gives them and they are only one size, plus they aren't that good anyway so you can get an inexpensive (and properly sized) strap from one of the ebay sellers/etsy/supporting vendors/resident strapmakers.

I bought the 677 for myself but it wears really small (both in size and thickness) so I offered it to my wife as a gift but she declined (!)

I saw your pictures and youtube vids, they looked fantastic! Lol. My girlfriend has been complaining that there are so many super reps for men but virtually none for ladies.

Lots of little flaws, but this rep is calling out to my 6.5-inch wrist.

Sunburst dial too subtle on the rep
Crystal and case back seem too thick?
Gen CG and lever has a much higher quality mirror polish all sides with clear deep engravings
The lip of the crown should be much thinner.
Lume color on the gen is more yellow/antique
