He'll outfit it with whatever dial he has. I just got mine in with a 112 dial (although the dial came in crooked which kinda sucks). I'm probably gonna order another one in a few weeks with a white dial (03dial).

My (original) SLOB is on the way, but I wanted to get a bronze as well, only I am hesitating on the setup....
My questions are:
1.: does the DSN case take a KW / noob dial + movement (namely the 360) as DSN's 360 is inferior to these?
2.: is the SLOB dial different from that of other dials? It seems from pictures that with the original dial the bronze ring shines, but where I've seen other dials the bronze did not really show up.
All in all, I'd like to get a nice brushed bronze case set from him and pop in some base dial with cream / vintage indices.
Anyone having a bronzo SLOB case with a nice dial, show it please

You can fit all KW/Noob/HF dial/hands/movement in the DSN case.
I don't like some of the DSN sausage dials as the fill-in is not top. Some are nicer than other ones.
Regarding the SLOB dial itself, I could say once i'll get mine, it's in shippment.
Here is a brushed SLOB.
With PAM590 dial (sorry about the color/tint, iPhone balance/contrast, real color is like the photo above).

The SLOB dial is smaller than standard regular dials, in order to show the external bronze ring imho.
You will not get the same effect with a 390 dial, regardless the vintage lume looks very good with the bronze case :thumbsup:

On this pic, with the PAM590 dial, the external ring is shown as well.
Regarding the dial fitting from other maker, you can do it, I asked David about this matter, you can fit every other Luminor 44mm dial from KW/HF/Noob, obviously, with the same movment type. you couldn't fit an auto movement or a GMT into this case.

Thanks for the information guys, really appreciated. I will get a simple brushed case then and most probably will fit with a 360 dial. Will dig it up which current version is more accurate and available in that regard.

Jumping in here with a question to Grimlock and the rest working with Davidsen: is there any indication that DSN will make any modifications to the case based on your initial feedback? Seriously consideirng one of these but I thought the case shape feedback was on point and would love to hear that this is being taken into account. Thanks in advance for the info and all your amazing work. -hyp
After getting back from Vac, I lightly aged the case. Now the edges and corners reveals the bronze. Also installed a custom Tritium strap with a sewn in Elias buckle.

Thanks, I used 1500 and 2000 grit sandpaper. Fyi lugs are short and I also had to modify the strap to fit.
Do you mean the lugs are less than 24 mm or do you mean the strap was too thick and touched the case?
Strap was too thick for this watch. This watch works with thin straps only. Width 24mm is fine.
