Got mine yesterday
Quick review
Movement is smooth, no noise
Winding feels funny, winding with crown seems very loose
Overall satisfied except for mid links rose gold plating sucks
Screws on links is also bad

Thanks for uploading. Is it yours? Could you please check if the side surface of the mid links also plated by gold color?

Of course, the gen’s mid link is solid gold, therefore the side surfaces of the mid links are gold. I confirmed by in person at an Omega boutique.

However, I have noticed that this VSF AT GMT rose gold model’s mid links have a problem, after observation of the many pictures.

The problems is that, there is no gold plated on the each side surface of the gold mid links. I am not sure it is actually common thing for gold plated rep watches. Because of this, it is very easy to know it is a rep.

The rep’s gold plated mid links show the steel color on the each side (left and right).

can anyone comment about this?

Yes the gold plating in mid links is half cooked so to speak. I’m thinking of changing to leather band.

Thanks for uploading your rose gold AT GMT.

Two simple questions, could you please answer?

1. I saw your pics. How about the the side surface of the gold plated mid links? Is there gold color on the left and right side surface on the mid links? (there are 6 surfaces on one each mid links) not the bottom not top not front not back.

2. what is the size the GMT? is it 43mm as gen spec ? or is it 41.5mm? as a fantasy model?

Thanks

I asked again about the case size of GMT, because someone who received the rep watch claims that the VSF GMT model has near 40mm size, even after the other person said that it has gen spec.

There are two people who received the watch and says two different sizes.

So what is the problem to ask to the third person who received the watch recently? It is good for all to make sure about the size.

Just arrived this morning. It's stunning. My first REP and I couldn't be happier with it.

I got it from Ryan an intime. Great experience and he made things very easy.

Mine measures just over 41mm

That confirms it. Looks like its not 43mm after all. As I had expected, they simply reused the existing 41mm AT case from the standard ones they did prior to doing the GMT.

All the review vids on Youku state it's wrong at 41.5. Don't know why every one giving the guy such a hard time.

So it's the same case then.
I do not think that measurements from Omega for their watches include the crown. It's just the case. I may be wrong though. Will measure my gen later just to be sure.

AT GMT - 43mm
AT non-GMT - 41.5mm
