Please ask the manufacturer to send me 2 + 2 links as per this image. Unscrew them and send me just to be safe. You need not send me the whole bracelet , Nor do you need to send me the centre buckle as we managed to save those parts.

I Just wanted to update here that Puretime managed to get this spare from the manufacturer and has shipped another bracelet to me. Very good customer service. Also received my other watches today and had absolutely no issue resizing links for any of them. So i guess that one was a one off.
