I just recently ordered from Watch Station (watch-station.co) the "IWC Portuguese Real PR RG IW500115 ZF 1:1 Best Edition Black Dial on Black Leather Strap A52010 V2". It's the 7-day IWC Portuguese rosegold. with a black face. Havent been able to find anything on this watch specifically. Any ideas of how this stacks up against the genuine? The dial, movement and strap? I've also read on the forums that it's usually best to stay away from rose gold rep's - that they look fake. Is this true?

Are there any modifications anyone would recommend once I get it?

And finally, which reps have the best version of this?

Gen IWC strap = 400€ and a gen buckle = 420€.... makes the watch twie as good!

For 420€ you will get only new style gen SS deployant not RG.

Gen RG deployant is around 2.300€!

I have same watch. The only thing is that gen is solid gold, the rep is plated gold, so there is a little weight difference but who can notice it :wink:. Visually the watch is gorgeous :thumbup:

Unfortunately quite a common problem with ZF watches nowadays, actually they are pretty bad assembled.

Everything is the same apart from "Movement Plate". Also it's not 5007, it's 5001.

I know that everyone has been saying that its the same exact as v1, except the movement plate, but i cant help but notice that the subdials on the black version look alot more matte then the v1. Earlier in this thread sharkkey posted a gen dial beside a v1 black dial and the subdials looked way to shiny in comparison but all the pics of the v2 i have seen look more matte/gen like. Maybe its just the lighting but i have noticed this on multiple pictures from diff users.. Just wonderin bec i really want the black dial version but not ready to start with oem dial mods and if the dial is the same as the v1 imho it would require a gen dial..[emoji53]
