Well, adding @Rmartin77 's photos to the mix, there is an almost imperceptible difference in the vertical alignment, and that may well be due to the angle of the shot.

I don't see why it couldn't. The most technical aspect of the watch is probably going to be the detailed engraving on the caseback.
