i might not get my crown replaced..seems pretty gd.. might be building another one but not till i've perfected this 112.. still a long way to go.. dial seems a lil off to me :x &yes, i believe taking time to individually source for parts frm different ppl pays off, unless of cux u get a sead 112 then tt'll be different.. waiting for gen 112 parts to pop up on RG..i see some1 who constantly post certain gen parts frm time to time..haha..

base watch is a 111E which i got ripped.. so naturally, movement its off but tt's smth tt'll be settled in due time..

lume is watchlume's Gmax lume..really bright i must say.. shots were taken with my room lights on but it still glows..

CG is frm Toro Bravo..needs no intro..

Dial is frm DSN.. not sure which batch it is but might change to e newer batch or a gen dial if i can source for one..

whats in stall for stage 2 are:-
1. new A6497 movement with francisco decals (mayb goin's platinum plated movement).
2. Taka's AR-ed pam crystal with top coat removed.
3. gen dial if possible.
4. gen crown&CG if possible as well.

I suggest that if you're picking for an A6497 movt, choose the movt with engraved wordings instead of the decals... the decals will fall off eventually.

I got an Asian PAM 005 from Trevor last yr and it came with engraved wordings, aesthetically good for display caseback models such as 112.

You can buy this PAM005 and swap the movt with the current 112 movt

ya your crown looks really good thou and i think the dial is from DSN's recent batches with the "3 marker tail". i know who u ref too when it comes to OEM dials n parts on RG. LOLx

if i remb correctly saw 1 b4 going for 500-700usd thou.

the CG has been swapped for a TB one, now looking to source for T48 crown because the current crown is abit far off. haha

point noted.. mmm, might check with goin as his platinum coating does make a difference in e finishings for e movement.. will check if he can get an engraved one..

yes, for me..this wld prob be my franken watch as i've always loved e 112, since i found out about panerai watches.. as for e list of gen parts..e dial, CG&crown may not be..might just go for a LH dial, CG & crown.. depends also la.. but e crystal&movements is a definate next step..
