I'm still sticking with my V2 (w/ V3 mesh) which I'll wear on the 30th when I go see the movie

Don't you live in Malaysia? I heard it's been moved to November 25th now.

First time poster here. I got these ORF pics from Puretime. Looks good to my inexperienced eyeballs - but I don’t like the small gap between the lugs and bottom strap.
I eneded up ordering the watch from Trusty. QC pics will take 4-12 days. I’ll post when I get them.
This NTTD seamaster seems super popular right now. The Omega dealer in my town said they’ve had a ton of people asking about the watch - but the price is a barrier for a lot of potential buyers.

The “small gap” between lugs and strap is normal, Omega designed it this way for more of a Vintage Look. Watch looks good, how is the bezel? Is the case back tight?

I've been considering the ORF so appreciate you sharing these pictures. I assume Andrew has confirmed that this is currently available?

Correct. Andrew (or one of his employees) confirmed availability before I ordered.
Puretime also has the ORF, but it’s not their website. I think you have to email and ask for it directly.

The V4 is the same as V2 regarding watch head alone.

Not quite.

The v2 has a different bezel insert where the thickness of the numbers and spacing is different to the v3/4 which are essentially the same, (the v4 is only different to the v3 as it has the newer model bracelet.)

According to Andrew who is a Trusted Dealer and his website Trusty Time, V2 is the same watch as V4 with only thing changing is bracelets. What you are mentioning are issues found on the V1.

Not quite. v1 was stainless steel. Danza is telling the truth

I get you but changing bracelets is not Franken at all. Some people change em up daily to match outfits, It’s just a bracelet, that’s like upgrading the wheels on your car.

I kow, in fact I change bracelets quite often too. My point is that as far as I know, and please do correct me if I am wrong, there is no rep Ti bracelet available yet, meaning I would have to buy a gen Omega bracelet for about twice the price of the whole watch, and that is way more than I am willing to bury on a bracelet. Get me a rep Ti for under 200€ and I'm game :D

In fact, the main incentive for me to buy an OEM Omega bracelet would not even be for accuracy, it's because I suffer from the curse of small wrists and Omega's short bracelet seems very appealing. I hope (ultra very long shot) that if someone reps the Ti bracelet and sell it on it's own they think about making it on the three different sizes of the gen.

I dont understand why people keep talking about a titanium bracelet when it will simply not happen, makes absolutely no sense price wise, also the gen bracelet has a lot of problems hence why omega had to update it and aestheticially vsf is better tham orf. Orf has a lot of dumb mistakes, only think orf is better than vsf is probably the case and that is has a somehow clone movement.

No. I'm in Singapore. 30th September here in Singapore. 4 more days now!

51517128381_531e9e50cf_b.jpg

Also 4 days here in Portugal, but for me it will probably be a couple months more.

I have a big-ass 75" OLED 4K UHD TV, a kick-ass soundbar and a comfy-ass lounger sofa with more than enough room for two. I have already waited almost two years through a pandemic, so I can wait until this is released on pay-per-view and watch it in the comfort of my home, where I can properly enjoy it. Honestly, after such a long wait, the last thing I want is to go to a crowded cinema, spend 3 hours with a face mask and keeping an empty chair between me and my significant other, I feel that would completely ruin the movie for me.

I've already booked tickets at IMAX for the 30th. Here in Singapore you can seat in twos, but separated by two empty seats as you can see here in the seating chart. So you won't be separated with your partner. Grey are the seats that have been reserved. White are available seats. Red are restricted seats. The hall won't be as crowded as it would usually be if its a full house as there is a limit to the number of people in a cinema hall.

Id be happy with the SS bracelet if they could just colour match it too the case, Could you elaborate on some of the mistakes the ORF has made? need some eagle eyes as it looks ok to me.
