Hello everybody ! It’s a pleasure to join the community
i have a question : why almost everybody is getting the 116500 version and not the 116520 anymore ?

I would like to get the 116520 black dial (noob) do you think the finish of it is not good enough ? The Bazel looks more geniun than the 116500 models

Also I’ve red that the bracelet of the ARF model are better and some of you think that the boob bracelet looks cheap. But noob bracelet with 904l steel doesn’t solve that problem ?

It's all about preference, I personally don't like the bezel of the 116520 even tho the 116500 noob version has flaws on it which I don't really mind. Some people want the 116500 to look even better and replace some parts with ARF or Gen parts, but like I said it all about preference and money. I can't really help you with the 116520 since I don't really know the downsides/common flaws of it, but I'm sure someone else from the community will help you with that.

Having worn my 116500 black Noob for a week or so now I would say.....

The bracelet and watch in general are extremely comfortable to wear, im not seeing any cheapness in the bracelet finish personally.

The black dial im finding is not that clear to read at a glance, certainly under office lights. The reflection of the crystal, polished hands, subdials in silver and subdial hands all seem to combine to make me take a second hard glance when i want to know the time. First world problems really i know, but i do wonder if the white face is clearer to read.

Because the 116520 Noob with the Black Dial was the worst by far, and it has not been updated yet.

What a shame that they didn’t work enough on the 116520 version, that’s defenetly my favorite in black dial

by the way thank to all picky monsters that can spot all the flaws ! You gave this game a level very high !
I know they will always be only replica but why content ouerselfves when we can still make these watch look better at evry update ? (Even if some are already incredible)

If any owners of the 116500 can give us any update about how the watch is working or if they had any issues in month of use, it would be very nice !

I've had my Noob V2 for a few weeks, absolutely amazing rep, no issues. The only slight complaint is the bezel, but as the ARF one isn't easy to come by I'll live with it.

My main chrono seconds hand has become misaligned after a while. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Is it something that will end up happening again after realignment?

Firstly thank you for your post. I imagine it must feel great to get into the action with everyone. Welcome.

My next comment is related to the broader group of people who are posting QC photos.

Why is everyone these days trying to be smart by writing that they only want to know about the dial or the SEL gap, but are posting much more QC photos than required to discuss the matter.

Finally OP, your watch looks fine. Noob SELs are imperfect. That's one of the known flaws we accept with this maker's model.

That looks like the v2.2 dial to me. I have 2 from. Noob already.

Is this a norm for noob bazel? I notice your Daytona whitegold, the alignment is off at the 6 white market - 120 bazel

I've had a gen WG on my wrist at an AD where the bezel and the 120 are off.

That’s odd, as only 1-2 spot has the misalignment meaning to say can’t just adjust the bazel...the printing was wrong to begin with, isn’t this quite a tell sign it’s fake? All the official website Rolexs does not have any misalignment

ive had my 500 for a month and its running great. rins around +-2 seconds a day usually less then 1 seconds gain

My Gen is slightly off as well. I'll try to get you some pictures tomorrow morning.

But in the mean time a simple search online results in many samples of it being off.

I don't think this is a clear tell sign.

Does anyone has a contact in a chinese website to make a request for a big order of Rolex daytona 116500 bazels ?
I mean many of us can be interested and I think as ARF produced the watch they could probably sell us jonly some part of it to upgrade our watches, and if we make a big (grouped) order maybe that can work.
then we could make a big order of 116500 ARF bazels and trade a grouped price, and they can make money by satisfying a demand : evreybody is winning

Have anyone actually tried having a look at those china fake goods market? I’ve been seeing lots of people video and posted on YouTube how they managed to get Rolex at below 80 USD.

anybody knows if those markets does sell these latest high quality ones that we’re paying for over 400-700 USD online? Lol. I mean I don’t expect these to be below 80, however if it’s on the market for less than 300, I feel kinda stupid paying 700 for it.

If you are physically in China, you can get these same watches from JF/Noob/ARF/etc factory for much less. However, you are paying for the convenience of shopping from your home and the risk TDs have to take by selling and importing illegal goods to you. Please keep in mind if the people running these factories or selling you these watches are caught in China, it's a one way ticket to jail. So yes, you are paying a premium for staying comfy and warm.

Also, you never know what exactly sidewalk vendors in China are selling you, where as TDs from these forums source our reps directly from the factory to provide you with the best possibly product for a fraction of the price.

Post pics where exactly? There are tells as stated in this thread and others. If you post on a rolex forum you'll get called out for sure.
