How’s the winding on this watch? Is it super rough like most reps? If it’s rough, is that something that can be smoothed out by getting it serviced?

It took Lucy around 2 weeks to source my black dial and then 3 weeks of cleaning and testing. However after what seems a long wait she has just emailed to say she is happy with it and will ship.
