Hi everyone my name is Jake I’m new here. Just wanted to say this website has helped me a lot. I have owned gen watches my whole life and this is my first time buying a rep. Instead of going to any website and just purchasing I came here read a lot and learned a lot over the past week and then purchased my first rep from JTime. So far everything has been smooth just waiting on QC. I have a Daydate YG and my next thing I’m researching on here is should I re-plate it when I receive it or get it wrapped up one arrival.

Hey guys! Stumbled upon the idea of googling "buy fake rolex" a couple of weeks ago. Had never thought of buying something fake in my entire life. Now I'm going through RepTime and this forum on a daily basis to try to learn more. Super exciting!
Short about me: In my mid 30's, living in Sweden. Have a few gen watches but all below <5k USD. Doesn't make sense (for me) to buy a super expensive watch.. unfortunately
rookie question: would you start off with buying a new rep or rather buy a rep from the sales section here that someone else already QC'd etc? Thanks for a great forum, seems like the activity is quite high!

Re your question: imo it doesn’t make any difference, your qc will always be different from the next guy’s. With reps you have to live with flaws. The latest Tudor BB pro, for instance, a great rep by ZF, really high quality. Seen already a couple with a misaligned 6 o’clock marker. I don’t give a rat’s ass, barely noticeable in standard conditions, but there’s people who will lose their sleep about it.
QC is your own thing and you should do your own, the community will not make it for you (read the stickies).
As a noob you may have problems in buying m2m, as a precaution members tend to stay away from members without a meaningful post history and standing.
What are you looking at in any case? Now I’m curious

Alright, thanks for the advice. If experienced members aren't keen to sell m2m to noobs like myself, I'd rather go for something new.
I'm looking for a submariner or explorer 1. Don't care about the movement, want to have as "stable" movement as possible, don't care how close it is to gen
Don’t worry mate, no harm done.
My opinion, for the explorer 1 there’s only one who does it for me, it’s the bp factory (best dial). A sun, vsf is what you’ll be looking at if you want top notch. Unless you prefer a more vintage 5-digit look. Do some research either way to know what else is out there
It’s a factory. In all this acronyms “F” usually stands for factory. Visit a td site and you’ll see all models, the factory is one essential information on every basic watch description
