New member here: ZZF vs ARF V2 vs Noob V10 Sub? Tough choice

ya see. everyone pretty much says you gotta get a gen crystal. but the crystal is the date wheel piece? so it doesnt apply if i get the no date one..idk. i think i should just pull the trigger but would suck if the ARF v2 is nicer like alot of people are saying

Listen to me, people now nothing, first of all crystal is glass your seeing your dial through it ok bro?
Second, you dont need gen crystal for no date sub and finally ARF isnt better than V10. Its not even better than ZZF black sub. Only bracelet is better and thats it.

crystal is the tiny part you see the date through? or the entire glass you see the watch through?

Because no date crystal has no cyclops (date bubble).
With date models stock crystal is obvious tell, thats why they change crystal and date wheel first

Mate bezel teeth are the last that you should concern about. Look, zzf has the best dial and bezel and its 904 steel. Go for it.

arf says its also 904 steel? and it is

40.5mm x 13mm (same as genuine)

more accurate size? zzf is 40 mm and 12.5 mm. although in person i doubt half a mm would be a tell

I have the noob v8 with eta clone. It is a very good watch accurate timekeeping well made the only thing I would complain about is the bezel paint started to scuff off after 3 months. I remedied this with a paint mod but it is something to be aware of.

I was looking at the ZZF NO DATE also but one thing I picked up real quick from this site / hobby is to not get in a hurry... I might just let ZZF get to a Version 2 of this model and work out a few of the issues with the watch..

Hey headarrow , any updates on which Sub you ended up deciding on? I am new to the rep scene and find myself in a quandary between the Noob v10 with 3135 movement and the Arf v3 for Black Sub 116610 LN. My main priority is for it to look as close to gen and ready to be worn daily out from the box without mods.. Shedding any light here would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
