Hi everyone,

New member so wanted to make a short intro. Started watch collecting at age 30 with the usual intro to gen watches with Seiko (first watch over 300GBP was a Seiko Sportura F1) and then quickly moved onto mechanical Seikos (SKX) etc.

Made my first serious investment (over 3000GBP) in a gen Speedmaster MOTM followed by a Seamaster, Autavia, Bremont ALT1 (for the British connection and after a great tour of the Wing in Henley). During this time joined a waitlist for a Sub and it took 4 years but finally received the call and collected last year. Now that I have my gen grail watches, looking to add to the collection with some great rep watches that I love but could never afford/justify/wear outside.

The rep journey started with a trip to Turkey last year where I picked up some AAA watches that are still going strong and although the case quality was pretty good, I wanted to a decent movement and improvement in overall quality (I have 3x Daytonas, Batgirl, Nautilus, Aquanaut - all AAA). I still wear all 6 in rotation and they often get more wrist time than my other watches.

Just orded my first Superclone rep from Steve@TOW, a Daytona 126500 Clean Black Dial...and cant wait for the QC pics and arrival...and the next part of my journey/collection.

Hello and WELCOME from the official RWI reception desk!

You are receiving this introduction because you either posted in the "new members say hi" section or —for the first time(s)— elsewhere. In the latter case, consider introducing yourself in the aforementioned section.

If you haven't already, please make sure to read all relevant sticky threads. They contain important and essential information such as the forum rules! Most importantly the sales rules, because you will NOT yet be eligible / allowed to sell unless you meet certain criteria / are certified first.

A good starting point is this list of resources on RWI:

Please also take another look at this important sticky that you should already have seen after logging on for the first time:

This quick anti-fraud guide is essential if you are about to order from a dealer for the first time:

If you need any further assistance, feel free to contact me or @Feefo!

We will gladly help, but please allow some time for PM responses as we have lifes outside of RWI!
