Long time watch enthusiast. Really enjoy automatics, but appreciate all well crafted watches, especially dive watches. Garmin Fenix or Ares Mission Timer auto is my daily. LOVE Tudors and some Rolex models. I travel a lot for my work. Wanted a nice timepiece, but a banger in case of damage or theft. So I've just recently ordered a pelagos fxd gmt from a TD. My first rep purchase. I'll update as my order progresses a little further. Still at the waiting on QC photos stage now. Nice to be here among this community.

Quite a few threads to read here about the FXD so dive in and fill yer boots. It's worth knowing that the FXD GMT is down to £201 on DHGATE if you feel like buying it yourself and saving a bit of dosh. (y)

I will suggest you to stick with the TDs in here. Anything I can help you?

DHGate are mostly the cheap low end watches.

If there is anything we can help you with any queries, please feel free to EMAIL at: [email protected] or PM us here.

Generally I totally agree but the FXD is only being made at one factory, M+ which would mean everybody TD or otherwise are all getting the same watch. TD's are a great resource. (y)

Received QC pics several days ago. They look good. The usual concern (with this model of rep) of the date window being slightly off shade in comparison to the hands is present, but I'm ok with it. I've read that the date window concern usually looks better in person. We'll see. Watch is prob still 5-7 days minimum from arriving. So far, it's been a seamless, straightforward process with Andrew at Trustytime. Most helpful and very rapid to respond. Will update.

Welcome! First purchase was a BB54 myself. Great everyday wear that I don't mind getting banged up.

Just arrived. Very impressed. Beautiful watch. The slightly off shade of the date wheel is MUCH better in person than in most QC pics/website pics. It's barely noticeable. I highly recommend the M+F FXD GMT. Andrew at Trustytime is just brilliant. Very informative, helpful, quick and thorough reponses. Awesome dealer. Don't hesitate to buy from him. I'll probably be ordering a no date sub from him soon.
